Return Policy Conditions under which a Product may be returned for a refund:

NOTE: If the returned merchandise is not in a condition in which it can be resold, it will not be accepted, regardless of whether or not it had been approved over the phone. For this reason, we prefer you return the merchandise in the packaging that it was sent in. Also, please note that packages that have been damaged during the return will not be accepted for a refund. We recommend having your packages insured by the shipping company you use to return the merchandise. Customer is responsible for arranging return of product, once approved, at their own expense. IMPORTANT: Do not schedule fence installation until all packages have been received and checked to make sure that all components are accounted for. Purrfect Fence is not responsible for any costs associated with delays in shipping. Also, please note: Any order with missing parts must be reported within 60 days from the date of purchase. Order Holding Policy: Purrfect Fence can hold orders if a customer wishes, but there are no guarantees for delivery dates. Also, if an order is held, there is the possibility that it could be further delayed by backorder if such a situation arises between the purchase date and the requested ship date. Purrfect Fence does not guarantee delivery dates of any order. All orders are shipped as quickly as possible. All orders are shipped UPS ground unless otherwise noted. Customers should place orders keeping in mind that situations such as holidays can delay packages.
